黄海峰 客座教授


黄海峰教授于2000年在德国柏林洪堡大学获得博士学位。自2025年9月起,他受聘为南京审计大学国际学院客座教授。同时,黄海峰博士还担任北京大学深圳研究生院环境与能源学院资深顾问及客座教授、中国滋根乡村教育与发展促进会项目部高级顾问,以及中国责任管理教育委员会(UNGC PRME China Chapter)主席。

此外,他是全球化智库中国与全球化中心高级研究员兼中欧产学研合作项目主任、罗马俱乐部成员、国际生态发展联盟国际(EDUI)联合创始人兼执行主席,并担任亚洲教育论坛副秘书长。黄海峰教授曾担任联合国全球契约责任管理教育原则指导委员会全球委员(2020-2023),美国伍德罗·威尔逊国际学者中心中国环境论坛的研究员2023-2024。他曾分别在多所高校担任全职教授,包括北京工业大学博士生导师、北京大学汇丰商学院全职教授兼助理院长,并于2021年至2024年被常州大学聘任特聘教授兼中国责任管理教育与可持续发展研究院共同院长。

黄海峰教授著作丰富,已出版关于可持续发展、经济转型、商业伦理及循环经济等领域的著作15部以上。其著作《德国循环经济》获得教育部人文学科优秀奖。2009年,他代表民建北京市委提出的“全面推进垃圾分类”建议荣获北京市最具影响力提案奖。2001年至2002年,黄海峰教授曾任北京市对外贸易局WTO研究中心副主任,负责北京市经贸人才的培训、交流与合作工作,并作为核心组织者主持了中国首届加入WTO北京国际论坛。因其在可持续发展领域的贡献,黄海峰教授自2010年起连续十年受聘担任中华人民共和国自然资源部特邀监察专家。

长期以来,黄海峰教授活跃于中欧学术界,参与多项中欧合作研究项目,曾受邀为德国柏林自由大学客座教授参与教学工作,并应中国政府部委邀请作为专家参与中德政府间合作与交流,并作为中国为数不多的学者参与了联合国《绿色经济报告》的撰写。2015年,他出席欧盟委员会主办的“中欧城镇化伙伴关系论坛”,并与法国著名经济学家卡蓝默共同主持相关会议。在黄海峰教授的推动下,联合国内知名学者共同发起成立了中国环境科学学会环境审计专业委员会,并担任副主任委员。他曾主持或参与多项国家级环境政策研究项目,如循环经济机制、绿色投资评估等,为环境审计领域的理论发展与实践推进提供了重要支持。


Professor Haifeng HUANG earned his Ph.D. from Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany in 2000. Since September 2025, he has served as a Adjunct Professor at the International College of Nanjing Audit University. Concurrently, Dr. HUANG holds the positions of Senior Advisor and Adjunct Professor at the School of Environment and Energy, Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School; Senior Advisor for the Project Department of the China Roots Rural Education and Development Promotion Association; and Chair of the China Committee for Responsible Management Education (UNGC PRME China Chapter).

He is also a Senior Fellow and Director of the China-Europe Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation Program at the Center for China and Globalization, an Associate Member of the Club of Rome, and Co-Founder and Executive Chair of the Ecological Development Union International (EDUI), as well as Deputy Secretary-General of the Asia Education Forum.

Dr. HUANG served as a Global Member of the UNGC PRME Steering Committee (2020–2023) and was a Research Fellow at the China Environment Forum of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in the USA (2023–2024). He has held full-time professorial roles at variousuniversities, including as a Doctoral Supervisor at Beijing University of Technology, a Full Professor and Assistant Dean at the HSBC Business School of Peking University, and as a Distinguished Professor and Co-Dean of the Institute for Responsible Management Education and Sustainable Development at Changzhou University from 2021 to 2024.

An accomplished author, Professor HUANG has published over 15 books on sustainable development, economic transition, business ethics, and the circular economy. His work, Recycling Economy in Germany, received the Outstanding Humanities Award from the Ministry of Education. In 2009, his proposal titled "Comprehensive Implementation of Waste Classification," submitted on behalf of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association, was honored with the Most Influential Proposal Award in Beijing.

From 2001 to 2002, Dr. HUANG served as Deputy Director of the WTO Research Center under the Beijing Municipal Foreign Trade Bureau, where he was responsible for training, exchange, and cooperation initiatives for economic and trade professionals in Beijing. He also served as the key organizer of China's inaugural Beijing International Forum on WTO Accession. In recognition of his contributions to sustainable development, he was appointed as a Special Supervision Expert for the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People’s Republic of China for a consecutive ten-year term starting in 2010.

For many years,Dr. HUANG has been actively engaged in academic exchanges between China and Europe, participating in numerous Sino-European collaborative research projects. He was invited as a Visiting Professor to conduct teaching activities at Freie Universität Berlin, Germany, and served as an expert advisor for Chinese government ministries in Sino-German intergovernmental cooperation and exchanges. He was also one of the few Chinese scholars to contribute to the United Nations’ Green Economy Report. In 2015, he attended the "China-EU Urbanization Partnership Forum" hosted by the European Commission and co-chaired related sessions with the renowned French economist Calame.

Under Professor HUANG’s initiative, the Environmental Auditing Committee of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences was established in collaboration with leading Chinese scholars, and he served as its Deputy Chair. He has led or participated in multiple national-level environmental policy research projects, such as those on circular economy mechanisms and green investment assessment, providing significant support for the theoretical development and practical advancement of environmental auditing.
