南京审计大学国际联合审计学院招聘公告
南京审计大学国际联合审计学院因发展需要，现面向海内外公开招聘教师。现将有关事项公告如下：
一、工作原则
（一）坚持按岗招聘、分类管理原则。根据学校事业发展需要，在核准的岗位总量内，按照专业技术岗的具体岗位职责和任职条件，择优聘用、分类管理，优先引进教师岗位高层次人才。

（三）坚持科学设置、规范操作。严格按照学校公开招聘工作人员的有关规定规范操作，力保招聘工作的科学性、公正性、专业化和公信度。
二、资格条件
（一）遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律。
（二）热爱高等教育事业，遵纪守法，品行端正，团结友好，廉洁奉公。
（三）身体健康，体检标准参照《国家公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》及江苏省教师资格认定体检要求。
（四）年龄要求：博士研究生年龄不超过40周岁（即1980年1月1日以后出生），具有副高级专业技术职务的年龄不超过45周岁（即1975年1月1日之后出生），具有正高级专业技术职务年龄不超过50周岁（即1970年1月1日以后出生）。
三、招聘岗位、人数及应聘岗位要求
（一）金融工程（金融审计方向）：1人
要求：
金融、会计等相关专业；
能为本科生讲授全英文的金融及金融审计类专业课程，如：公司金融（Corporate Finance）、金融风险管理（Financial Risk Management）等；
具有良好的英语表达与沟通能力，具有比较丰富的教学经验，教学效果优良；
具有独立开展科学研究的能力和良好的学术道德，有较高质量的科研成果，并在2021年8月前获得博士学位。
（二）审计学（内部审计方向）：1人
要求：
审计、会计等工商管理相关专业；
能为本科生讲授全英文的审计专业课程，如：内部控制（Internal Control）、内部审计（InternalAudit）等；
具有良好的英语表达与沟通能力，具有比较丰富的教学经验，教学效果优良；
具有独立开展科学研究的能力和良好的学术道德，有较高质量的科研成果，并在2021年8月前获得博士学位。
（三）信息系统与信息管理（大数据审计方向）：1人
要求：
信息系统与信息管理、计算机科学、人工智能等相关专业；
能为本科生讲授全英文的计算机审计类专业课程，如：信息系统审计（Information System Audit）、大数据审计（Big Data Audit）等；
具有良好的英语表达与沟通能力，具有比较丰富的教学经验，教学效果优良；
具有独立开展科学研究的能力和良好的学术道德，有较高质量的科研成果，并在2021年8月前获得博士学位。
（四）工程管理（工程审计方向）：1人
要求：
土木工程、建筑管理、项目管理等相关专业；
能为本科生讲授全英文的工程审计类专业课程，如：土木工程建设（Civil Engineering Construction）、建设项目管理（Construction Project Management）等；
具有良好的英语表达与沟通能力，具有比较丰富的教学经验，教学效果优良；
具有独立开展科学研究的能力和良好的学术道德，有较高质量的科研成果，并在2021年8月前获得博士学位。
四、工资待遇
年薪40万人民币，具体根据应聘人员资格条件而定，并提供 10 万元人民币的科研启动经费，以及校内住宿等。

Salary and benefits are internationally competitive. Annual salary is 400,000 RMB or higher, depending on qualifications. Other benefits include 100,000RMB research fund, on-campus accommodation, etc.
