Professor Dou Wenyu is Academic Dean in SKEMA Business School, China Campus, Vice Dean in International Joint Audit Institute, SKEMA Business School × Nanjing Audit University; and Chair Professor in Digital Marketing and Chinese Social Media (SKEMA).
Professor DOU holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (USA), a M.S. degree in in Atmospheric Sciences from University of Wyoming (USA), and a B.S. degree in Meteorology from Peking University (China).
Before joining SKEMA in July 2021, he served as Associate Dean and Director of EMBA-C in City University of Hong Kong for 16 years. He is also appointed as Chair Professor under the Chu Tian Scholars Program with Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (China).
Prof. Dou has published extensively in prestigious journals such as MIS Quarterly, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Advertising Research, Journal of Interactive Marketing, among others. Prof. Dou served as Associate Editor for Journal of Interactive Advertising (2014-2016), and currently sits in the editorial board of Journal of Advertising.
