In order to enrich the extracurricular life, enhance the cohesion and solidarity among students and create a good sports atmosphere, the Student Union of International Joint Audit of Nanjing Audit University held the first basketball tournament from December 19th to December 20th.
This year's basketball tournament had three competitions, including three-point shot competition, 1V1 competition and 5V5 team competition. The first competition was three-point shot competition, each player had to show their skills. Peng Zhen, from IFA2 class, was slightly better, and won the three-point shot competition champion. Then in the 1V1 competition, players showed their cool skills——disguised, emergency stop, pull rod and other stunts make people overwhelmed. Zhang Yuheng, from Class IFA1, won the champion.
The grand finale of 5V5 team competition was on the following day. After previous rounds of fierce competition, Team IBA and Team IFA1 met in the final game. Team IBA in the first quarter was behind nearly 20 points, but they surpassed in the third quarter of the game! Then Team IFA1 kept very tiny advantage till the end, winning the championship luckily by two points. Zheng Bingxiao, from IBA, won the MVP for his outstanding performance in the final.
In the endless applause and cheers, in the joy and sweat of the moment, the basketball game ended successfully. In the competition, the professional team members showed their skills, and fully showed the good spirit of the institute’s students.
