On the afternoon of December 9, International Joint Audit Institute conducted the fourth “International Audit Lecture" and invited Li Tingliao, the deputy dean of Chengyuan College, and Zhang Wenxiu, the deputy dean of International Joint Audit Institute, to give a lecture on " Inspiration from United Nations Audit".
2020 is the 75th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations. Li first introduced the United Nations and its audit, encouraging students to pay attention to the United Nations website and broaden their international horizons. Based on the auditor's perspective, he stressed the importance of information input and output and introduced the specialized agencies and organizations of the United Nations related to funds. Combining with his rich United Nations audit experience, he encouraged the students to do a career planning as soon as possible, and grasp the opportunity to have early access to audit work, in order to improve their professional competitiveness.
Combining with the audit experience of the United Nations, Zhang Wenxiu introduced the selection form and process of the United Nations audit project to the students, encouraging them to learn professional knowledge and English well, and prepared for the future to be a composite audit talent with an international perspective. Zhang Wenxiu used three words to encourage the students here: not afraid of challenges, not afraid of pressure; thinking bigger and doing stably; widening your eyes according to the width of the world. At the same time, she looked forward to seeing the students of the International Joint Audit Institute in United Nations and United Nations audit team in the future.
Li Tingliao and Zhang Wenxiu also showed students photos of their participation in international audit projects, which made them feel the significance and importance of United Nations audit more directly, and enjoyed a different life after the United Nations audit work. At the end of the lecture, the two teachers interacted with the students and answered questions about their concerns.
