In order to further strengthen programme construction and improve teaching standards, International Joint Audit Institute globally published professional teacher recruitment information at the end of 2020, and received a large number of resumes from candidates in a short period of time. On February 9, 2021, the institute and experts in NAU picked 9 candidates from all over the world strictly, and held an online interview in English. The institute invited the NAU's financial audit experts Gu Zheng, Hua Wei; big data audit experts Zhang Jinjin, Tang Mingwei; internal audit experts Pang Yanhong, Zhou Minli; engineering audit experts Xu Qingyang, Ge Shilong and deputy dean Zhang Wenxiu of the institute as judges. Li Min, Dean of International Joint Audit Institute, also participated in the review.
During the interview, each candidate gave a mini trial lecture in English, and then answered the comprehensive questions from judges. This interview mainly investigates the candidate's professional background, education and teaching experience, scientific research potential, self and job cognitive ability, flexibility and English communication ability.
